3. Check fluids and fix any leaks
4. Take photos from different angles, noting scratches, marks, etc.
5. Complete a pre-transportation condition report
6. Ensure both wheels are capable of being rolled during loading/unloading

The day before

1. Fill fuel tank to ¼ full
2. Inflate tyres
3. Ensure motorbike battery is fully charged
4. Ensure all necessary fluids are topped off
5. If the vehicle will need any special care, write down instructions for the motorbike relocation freighter
6. If the vehicle has any mechanical problems, write down to provide details to the motorbike relocation freighter

On the day

1. Fold back the mirrors if possible (otherwise cover with cloth and rubber bands)
2. Remove any loose items (e.g. GPS, wires, electrical/radio gear, accessories)
3. If your motorbike is equipped with an alarm, disable it
